Triptolemus

Son of the Eleusinian king Celeus, Triptolemus was to become priest of Demeter and founder of the Eleusinian Mysteries after he had witnessed Persephones abduction. He was given the task to instruct humans in agriculture and religious rites. He was sometimes considered one of the three judges of the dead instead of Rhadamanthys.
