Cassiopeia

Andromeda's mother and king Cephus of Ethiopia's wife, who bragged about her beauty to the degree that she considered herself better-looking than the sea-nymphs, the Nereids. Poseidon then sent a sea monster to torment Ethiopia, and Andromeda was chained to a sea rock in order to be sacrificed to the monster after an oracle had said it was the only way to save te country. The hero Perseus saved her. Cassiopeia became a star constellation after her death.
