The Byzantine Castle of Skiathos, also known as Kastro, is a medieval castle located on a rocky peninsula on the northern part of Skiathos Island in Greece. Established around the 14th century as a defensive stronghold, the castle played a crucial role in protecting the inhabitants of the island from pirate invasions and other threats during the Byzantine and later Venetian rule.

The residents eventually moved to what is now Skiathos Town.
